2021 Jeep Wrangler Review - What's New, Design, & More

2021 Jeep Wrangler Review - What's New, Design, & More

If there's one model that sums up the Jeep approach to building modern SUVs, it's the Wrangler. Blending genuine off-road excellence with full city comfort, it's a vehicle that stands alone in today's market. The new 2021 model is now available at our Milton dealership, and here are the key highlights of this uniquely versatile vehicle.

What's New

Jeep has introduced two new powertrains for the 2021 Wrangler range. The 4xe model marks the model's first step into the hybrid market, while a new V8 engine available on the Rubicon trim offers an unmatched level of performance.

Iconic Design

Think of the Jeep character, and the Wrangler will instantly spring to mind. With its rugged construction, high ground clearance, and prominent front grille, it's a car designed to take tough terrains in its powerful stride. And for even more off-road enjoyment, the roof, sides, and windshield can all be quickly removed to provide a thrilling open-air experience.

2021 Jeep Wrangler 4XE- Offroad Mode

High Performance

If you plan to venture off-road, you need a powertrain that won't let you down. The standard Wrangler is equipped with a 3.6L V6 gasoline engine making a hefty 285 horsepower and 260lb-ft of torque, plenty enough to handle whatever tasks you ask of the car. But if you need more, the 3.0L V6 turbodiesel option drops the ponies a touch to 260hp, but pushes the torque up to a mammoth 422lb-ft, ideal for tackling difficult surfaces and gradients.

The 4xe hybrid pairs a 375 horsepower output with an excellent fuel economy of 4.7L / 100km, while the Rubicon's new V8 mill cranks out an astonishing 470 horsepower to push the Wrangler firmly into high-performance territory.

Infotainment & Safety

Infotainment is provided by a touchscreen of up to 8.4" in size, offering easy access to features including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and optional navigation. Higher trims also have a front-facing camera for increased off-roading visibility, while up to four USB ports spread throughout the cabin handle device connectivity.

2021 Jeep Wrangler Interior

Every Wrangler is equipped with advanced active safety features, with the main options including forward-collision warnings, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control.
